C.H.A.M.P.S. is a program that focuses on our customer. It ensures that we listen and respond to the voice of the customer. Delivering CHAMPS means giving our customers what they expect. CHAMPS becomes a way of life at all of our restaurants.
There are multiple components to CHAMPS: Orientation Training, CHAMPSCHECKs and Celebrating CHAMPIONS.
• Orientation Training – New Team Members will be certified during the Introductory Track.
• CHAMPSCHECKs – The measurement tool used to tell us how we’re doing on delivering CHAMPS.
• Celebrating CHAMPIONS – The Team Member recognition program.
